The 96 ABW is the host wing and is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the installation, which paves the way for the other tenants to complete the overall mission of Eglin AFB. That mission is to ensure that our warfighters are equipped with state-of-the-art air-delivered weaponry. The AAC is responsible for all phases of this mission. The testing phase of the mission is accomplished through the efforts of the 46 TW.
